Chapter 1- For crying Out Loud!
“Are you sure about this?” whispered a blue
haired girl.
“Of course
I am, now, stop being so stubborn Judith,” the blond haired girl whispered
back. “You are going to be fine!
Now, just stop worrying, and enjoy the normal life of---Shopping!!!”
“But…Marron…I
can’t. …I’ve never done this before…my dad is going to kill me!”
“Cheer up.
You earned it! Now come on!”
“Shah. I
don’t know.”
“Oh, just.”
And with that, Marron pulled Judith into the mall.
“You know,
can’t you do something about your purple highlights?” Marron questioned suddenly.
“You know
they are natural! What? Are you asking me to dye it or something?” Judith questioned back.
“Yeah, and
while you are at it, dye your whole hair brown, or something.” Marron joked back. Then seeing that Judith turned all red
in the face, she added, “I’m joking, I’m joking!”
With at
least 5 dozen bags in her hands, Marron walked out of the mall with Judith
lagging behind.
“For
crying out loud, don’t be so … ridiculous! It’s just a little shopping!” Cried Marron desperately.
“You call
5 dozen bags a little shopping?”
Judith shouted back, just so that the rest of the world could hear.
“For
crying out loud, -“
“You’ve said that about a zillion times
already!” Judith coughed in.
“I was
only trying to say, ’It’s only 59 bags to be exact.’” Marron finished her sentence.
“You didn’t
buy anything! What is it with you?”
“I just
don’t really fancy shopping,” Replied Judith gravely, “that’s something you could live without, in my opinion.”
“But you
need clothing!”
“I have
enough at home.”
“Then,
then, you need food!”
“I can
always get some from the fridge. Besides, if there’s nothing left, Trunks is the one you ask
for.”
They
walked down the street in silence for few minutes.
“Marron, I
really have to get going. I have
school tomorrow, and it’s already 6’o-clock! My mom is going to kill me for
sure!”
“Judith,
relax! Your mom is not going to kill you just because you were a little late
for dinner!” Marron piped in.
“Well,
then, you don’t know my dad. All he ever does is eat, sleep, train, and yell,
well, basically. Just don’t tell him I said that.”
“Well,
that’s what Vegita basically is!” Marron chirped along.
“I am
basically what?” a voice was heard from behind them.
They stopped in their tracks. Could it be? And it sure was. Now, they were caught red handed by Vegita.
